The general research interest of my lab is to understand the impacts of host genetics, gut microbiome, diet and environmental exposures on health and diseases. In addition to developing novel and easy-to-use bioinformatics platforms for omics data analysis, we use cutting-edge, high-resolution LC-MS systems for metabolomics and exposomics studies coupled with a C. elegans model for further validation and mechanistic investigation.
